Allows you to remove valve springs without removing the cylinder head. Use in conjunction with 08101 valve holder. Offset jaws grip spring in parallel compression and fit on high performance engines. Hex head allows use of ratchet for confined areas. Instructions: ? Place jaws under bottom area of valve spring. ? Compress valve spring by turning handle and remove valve keeper. ? Reverse above procedure for installation. Caution: be sure to use air hold to keep valve in place while working on valve springs.
