Prevents over-torquing wheel nuts, brake pulsation, distortion of wheels. Easy and cost efficient to use. Flexes at torque pressure. Made of CR-MO SCM440. Made from high quality CR-V steel. The shaft will flex in sync with the impact blows from the wrench used for the job once the correct torque has been reached. Accuracy within 3%. Adjust speed adjustment setting of the torque on the impact wrench to work within the desired range listed.
